Ingredients (4 servings)

  •       1 lb. spaghetti
  •       ½ cup + 1 Tbsp Italica Olive Oil
  •       4 garlic cloves (minced)
  •       2 Tbsp fresh parsley (minced)
  •       ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  •       Salt to taste
  •       Optional: ground black pepper, to taste
  •       Optional: ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

The first step in our spaghetti with garlic and oil recipe is to cook the main ingredient. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the pound of spaghetti and salt to taste. The cooking time will depend on the pasta type, so read the package instructions.
