For this recipe, we will need the following ingredients:
- 5 oz Italica Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp dark chocolate powder
- A pinch of salt
- Springform cake pan, 8-10 inches (20-25 cm) in diameter.

First, preheat the oven to 365° F .
